While in the renter's possession, the renter assumes full responsibility for the care, cleanliness, and condition of the STL Rent A Boxes. Boxes should be returned in a clean state, free from any markings or residues. Any damage, loss, or failure to maintain cleanliness incurred during this period will result in the renter being liable for the full retail value of the box or additional cleaning fees, as applicable.
